Orders and Shipping
Please allow for 5-10 days to receive your order. We strive to get our orders out even quicker than that. If your order is urgent please send us a mail so we can meet your date requested.
The adjustable bracelet can be adjusted to fit any wrist.
The bracelets that end with button are made so that it can fit any size wrist.
The chain bracelet is 16cm with adjustable chain to fit 19cm.
If you wrist size is much smaller or bigger than usual.. Please state so we can make it smaller or bigger.
Our standard length for woman is 42-45cm and for young girls 39-42cm.
You may request a longer or shorter size.
Avoid direct sunlight when not wearing your design, keep in packaging when not wearing it. Body lotions, shower gel and perfume may dull the charms. Clean items with silver cleaning cloth.
The adjustable ending adjusts at the back and has strings hanging down.
The button ending ends with a button that can be made to fit the specific wrist. You can either tie a knot at the end or watch this video below to burn the ending for the correct wrist sizing.
Keep sterling silver out of direct sunlight when not wearing.
Clean with silver cloth to make it shine.
Jewellery that has been plaited in gold/rose gold should be treated with care. Excess perfume, sweat or chlorine wears the plating over time.

Yes, we love making custom pieces. If you have a photo, a signature, names, finger print.. Whatever you thinking we can custom make.

Our pieces are made with quality and strength in mind but if anything breaks you can contact us and we can fix it.
The cords we use are imported that wear well in water. Our pieces are given with the intention that’s once you put it on, you love it so much that you don’t take it off.
