Although this is unlikely, should this occur within 3 months of purchase, please contact us to arrange for a repair/ replacement. If this happens after 3 months, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

You have 5 working days from receipt of the goods to give us noticed. Item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. You can contact us to discuss this.

Once you have confirmed you order please allow for a week - 10 days to receive your order. We strive to get your orders out sooner though.
If you need your order sooner please email us and we can do our best to meet your date.

All designs of the bracelets are made to fit , either you will choose an adjustable option or a button ending that you can burn to fit.

Avoid direct sunlight when not wearing your design, keep in packaging when not wearing it. Body lotions, shower gel and perfume may dull the charms. Clean items with silver cleaning cloth.
